Civil Code Section 4041 requires each Owner to provide the Association with any updated Owner contact information and a preferred delivery method for receiving notices from the Association on an annual basis. This is also your opportunity to specify if you opt in or out of the HOA’s membership lists.
Please note that the Associations preferred delivery method to owners is via email, as it saves on resources such as time stuffing envelopes and office resources of paper, labels, postage, etc.
